With over 16 years of EB-5 experience, Han Jun Li has guided hundreds of investors obtain their Green Cards through EB-5. Han has also been instrumental in Regional Center formation and filing for EB-5 project approval. To date, Han has filed more than 15 I-956f’s, which have all been approved with zero project failures.

Xue Luan, Esq.
Associate
Well-versed in employment-based immigration, Xue, has extensive EB-5 experience along with a background advising clients on strategies for H, L, O, E, TN, P and R visas and PERM, as well as visa petitions for individuals with extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers and professors, and multinational executives and managers.
Xue initially joined the legal profession as an Associate Attorney in Shanghai prior to immigrating to the US and working at an impressive line-up of immigration firms including Fragomen. Xue has provided pro bono legal services through the New York Legal Assistance Group, International Refugee Assistance Project and City University of New York Citizenship Now. Xue was selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars: 2022 - 2023.
