Xue Luan, Esq.

Xue initially joined the legal profession as an Associate Attorney in Shanghai prior to immigrating to the US and working at an impressive line-up of immigration firms including Fragomen. Xue has provided pro bono legal services through the New York Legal Assistance Group, International Refugee Assistance Project and City University of New York Citizenship Now.
